ABOUT US

212° Wellness provides the expertise on improving the quality of life for just about anyone who walks through our door. Offering Integrative Practices through a combination of advanced Rolfing and FDA-cleared Low-Level Laser Therapy (LLLT) to treat various ailments such as chronic pain, general malaise, decreased athletic performance, or anyone seeking a healthier and optimized lifestyle.

Our experience has taught us that healing from pain, inflammation, and other afflictions begins at our most fundamental system – the central nervous system. We have seen that influencing the motor control structure of the central nervous system using LLLT can significantly improve the structure and function of the body.

The technology behind the Erchonia lasers combined with applied kinesiology muscle testing enables us to pinpoint the areas of your body that are the source of pain or dysfunction. This allows us to apply treatments directly at the source of the problem rather than merely mask symptoms. Low-level laser therapy increases energy levels in cells, helping to heal damaged tissues and unblock stalled metabolic pathways.

OUR TEAM

CHRIS HODEL, OWNER/CERTIFIED ADVANCED ROLFER

I became a Rolfer during the pursuit of finding a career that would enable me to help others achieve profound levels of health and wellness. Low-level Laser Therapy (LLLT), also known as cold laser therapy, has proven to complement Rolfing and adds a new dimension to each client’s wellness journey. Through my own experience of being a personal trainer, working with collegiate athletics, and continuing my education, I have acquired abundant knowledge of how bodies function in high performance, as well as activities of daily living.

During our first meeting, you will quickly see the passion I have for my work. This passion is rooted in the fulfillment of helping others heal, thus improving their quality of life. My abilities directly result from my incredible teachers, for whom I am forever grateful. Together, we have the opportunity to tap into the true potential of your body based on your needs and lifestyle.

Rolfing, combined with Low-Level Laser Therapy, is quickly carving out its place in wellness to provide higher levels of healing. My goal is to correct your systems to eliminate or greatly improve your symptoms.
